Where and how we ship, collection in person, and our returns and exchanges policy.
Delivery
- Where we ship
- United Arab Emirates only.
- How long it takes
- 7–14 days. Bespoke, hand-beaded gowns take about 3 weeks.
- Cost
- Free on orders over AED 1,200. Otherwise a flat AED 50, added at checkout.
- Collection in person
- Free. Choose Collect in person at checkout and the atelier address appears there. By appointment — we will message you to arrange a time.
Returns & Exchanges
Every piece is made to order, so we cannot accept returns. The one exception is the Freshwater collection — our pearl jewellery.
- If a return is accepted
- We offer an exchange or store credit. We do not offer refunds.
- Return shipping
- Maison de Hoor covers the cost.
- Faulty or damaged pieces
- We will replace the piece and offer a discount on your next order. Please contact us as soon as it arrives.
