Delivery, Returns & Policies
Every piece is made to order, by hand. Please take a moment to read these terms before you buy.
Delivery
- Where we ship
- United Arab Emirates only.
- How long it takes
- 7–14 days. Bespoke, hand-beaded gowns take about 3 weeks.
- Cost
- Free on orders over AED 1,200. Otherwise a flat AED 50, added at checkout.
- Collection in person
- Free. Choose Collect in person at checkout and the atelier address appears there. By appointment — we will message you to arrange a time.
Returns & Exchanges
Every piece is made to order, so we cannot accept returns. The one exception is the Freshwater collection — our pearl jewellery.
- If a return is accepted
- We offer an exchange or store credit. We do not offer refunds.
- Return shipping
- Maison de Hoor covers the cost.
- Faulty or damaged pieces
- We will replace the piece and offer a discount on your next order. Please contact us as soon as it arrives.
Privacy Policy
Maison de Hoor respects your privacy and collects only what is needed to fulfil your order.
What we collect
- Your name, contact details and delivery address.
- The items you order and your order history.
- Basic technical information your browser sends when you visit the site.
How your payment is handled
Card payments are processed securely by Ziina. Your card details are entered on Ziina’s own payment page and are never seen or stored by this website.
How we use it
We use your information only to prepare, deliver and support your order, and to contact you about it. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it except with the delivery and payment partners needed to complete your purchase.

You may ask us to view, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time using the contact details below.

This website uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies so it works properly.

These keep your shopping bag and preferences during your visit. The site cannot function correctly without them, so they are always on.

Made to order
Unless stated otherwise, each piece is handcrafted to order once your purchase is confirmed. Colours and finishing may vary slightly from photographs because every piece is made by hand.
Orders & pricing
All prices are shown in UAE Dirham (AED) and include applicable taxes where relevant. We may correct pricing or availability errors and will contact you before proceeding if anything affects your order.
Cancellations
Because pieces are made to order, an order can only be changed or cancelled before work has begun. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
Intellectual property
All imagery, designs and content on this site belong to Maison de Hoor and may not be reproduced without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
